Foundational Certified Coach (FCC)
This is the introductory level, where coaches undergo personal transformation and gain essential skills in coaching ethics, core methodologies, and foundational coaching principles. Specifically designed for those beginning their coaching journey, FCC provides a strong base in WeCF’s core competencies.
Next-level Certified Coach (NCC)
At this level, coaches build upon foundational skills and begin their coaching specialization. As a result, NCC prepares coaches to address more complex client needs and broaden their impact.
Elite Certified Coach (ECC)
The highest level of certification, ECC represents mastery in advanced coaching skills, strategic coaching leadership, and WeCF’s industry standards. As a result, ECC coaches are equipped to lead with excellence, thereby setting a benchmark for coaching practices worldwide.
Hall of Impact Coach (HIC)
The Hall of Impact Coach (HIC) is the highest level of recognition, awarded to coaches who have made a profound and lasting impact in the coaching industry and beyond. In addition, they have demonstrated exceptional coaching achievements, industry contributions, leadership, and societal impact.
