WeCF Credentials Levels

Foundational Certified Coach (FCC)

The FCC credential is designed for coaches beginning their professional journey. At this foundational level, coaches develop core competencies in client engagement, communication, and ethical standards, establishing a strong base for impactful coaching.

Next-level Certified Coach (NCC)

NCC build on their foundational skills and begin to specialize, learning advanced techniques to address more complex client needs. Coaches at this level expand their impact and prepare to navigate diverse client scenarios with enhanced cultural sensitivity and strategic insight.

Elite Certified Coach (ECC)

The highest level of certification, ECC represents mastery in advanced coaching skills, strategic coaching leadership, and WeCF’s industry standards. ECC coaches are equipped to lead with excellence, setting a benchmark for coaching practices worldwide. This level also emphasizes cultural awareness and adaptability, ensuring ECC coaches can effectively support clients in diverse global contexts.

Hall of Impact Coach (HIC)

The Hall of Impact Coach (HIC) is the highest level of recognition awarded to coaches who have made a profound and lasting impact in the coaching industry and beyond. It is an exclusive designation for coaches who have demonstrated exceptional coaching achievements, industry contributions, leadership, and societal impact.

This level is not just about coaching mastery; it is about legacy, transformation, and global influence. Coaches inducted into the HIC Level are recognized as pioneers who have shaped the coaching landscape, mentored future leaders, and contributed to sustainable change in their communities and the world.
